I recently had the honour of speaking on 2SSR FM on the Enterprise program with the incredible host Jo Ryan. It was an emotional and deeply meaningful interview where we explored the reality of domestic violence, trauma bonds, emotional healing, and the journey of rediscovering identity after abuse.

Millions of women suffer behind closed doors, feeling ashamed, confused, and alone — believing they are the problem. Sharing this publicly was a reminder that:

Domestic violence has no face, no stereotype, and no boundaries.
You can look strong and still be breaking inside.
You can be successful and still be trapped.
You can leave and still feel lost.

Healing begins when we understand the psychology of abuse and stop blaming ourselves for what we were conditioned to tolerate.

A Voice for Every Woman

• the woman holding everything together in silence,
• the woman rebuilding from nothing,
• the woman trying to understand her own story,
• the woman who is ready to rise.
