Helping Young People See the Red Flags and Know Their Worth

A real-world wellbeing program for schools and youth groups

The world isn’t always kind. And for young people, knowing who to trust, how to set boundaries, and when to walk away can be life-changing.

That’s why I created Let’s Be Real — a program that speaks their language, tells the truth about relationships and respect, and equips them with tools they’ll actually use.

Why I Created Let’s Be Real

When I was at school, I didn’t have anything like this. I didn’t know how to spot the red flags, how to set boundaries, or even that I was worthy of respect. If a program like Let’s Be Real had been available back then, it could have changed the course of my life.

That’s why I’m so determined to bring it into schools today. Because I know what it feels like to go through life without these tools, and I don’t want this generation to grow up the same way.

Our young people are living in a fast-paced world, full of pressures we never faced at their age — social media, online relationships, ghosting, constant comparison, and the pressure to always “be enough.”

They need guidance, real conversations, and a safe place to learn what healthy love and respect actually look like.

Let’s Be Real isn’t just another wellbeing program. It’s about giving students the emotional tools I wish I had when I was their age — so they can make better choices, value themselves, and carry self-respect into every relationship they build.

Program Options for Schools

  • 4-Week In-Class Program – 3 hours per week, deep-dive learning and guided discussion.
  • 1-Day Intensive – A full day of empowerment and emotional awareness.
  • 3-Hour Workshop – A high-impact session covering the essentials.

What Students Learn

  • How to spot red flags and manipulation early.
  • The difference between attention and real care.
  • Healthy vs. toxic relationships.
  • Setting boundaries without guilt.
  • Online safety and the impact of ghosting, love bombing, and emotional abuse.
  • Building self-worth and emotional resilience.

Why It Works

With over 20 years of experience in education and therapeutic work, I know that young people need more than lectures — they need real talk, relatable examples, and practical tools.

Every part of Let’s Be Real is designed to meet them where they are, so they leave not just informed, but empowered.
