My Story – The meaning and purpose in life

Tormented in a toxic relationship for half my life, I found positivity in my 3 amazing children who have taught me many aspects of life experience. As I continued to bounce between a toxic relationship, the feeling that I invited unconsciously a sense of abandonment, isolation, doubt in my own decisions and afraid of change.

Living in shame and unable to communicate these feelings, I asked upon help through counselling and psychology to focus on my depressive states of mind but never understood why I was unable to detach from the trauma bond through my relationship with my ex-husband, until one day, I decided to educate myself through hypnotherapy.

Through my development and learnings, I studied the specific program of ‘Hypnofit ®’ and was able to obtain a sense of empowerment, self-confidence, and value in life to take on any obstacle that is in my pathway!
