Past Life Regression is a gentle, guided hypnotherapy experience where we journey beyond the present life — into the deeper soul memories your unconscious mind holds. You don’t need to “believe” in past lives for this to work. Your subconscious will simply take you where healing is needed most.
In this safe, supportive session, I guide you into a deep state of relaxation where old memories, symbols, and emotions can rise — helping you uncover the emotional root of unexplained fears, relationship dynamics, blocks, or physical sensations that don’t seem to make sense in your current life.

What Is EMDR and How Do I Use It?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a trauma-healing technique that helps the brain safely process overwhelming emotions and memories — especially those that feel “stuck” in the body.
In my practice, I use a gentle, modified EMDR approach that works beautifully alongside hypnotherapy to:
- Calm emotional flashbacks
- Reprocess traumatic memories safely
- Let go of triggers without being re-traumatised
It’s often woven into your session when needed, or offered as a focused standalone healing experience.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
I offer single sessions when a full program isn’t possible.
But for lasting, life-changing results, most clients begin with one of my structured healing journeys:
- 4-session programs for anxiety, confidence, self-worth, sleep, and emotional reset
- 10-session trauma recovery breakthrough program for deep identity healing and emotional release
